Chris and Matt have done such a wonderful job in our 3 bedroom town home last week. With professional know-hows and the quality of work that is above and beyond others that I have experienced before. The powerful Truck-Mounted Vacum equipment they used, compares with my own steamer is like Jet Engine vs scooter motor. The resault is night and day. Having just moved to the area we were not sure who we should ask to clean our carpet. After reading some good reviews we decided on Norm’s carpet cleaning. It was the right choice! Chris and Matt were right on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done efficiently and they never tried to push us to spend more money on services we did not really need. We will definitely use them again!‎

I was referred to Norms carpet cleaning by a friend and was absolutely astonished by the quality of their work.! I had a down sofa cleaned, heirloom rug cleaned and wall to wall carpets cleaned and I have never had a company work so hard to get my carpets clean. They paid special attention to all spots and even came back for the kids play area (berber), as promised if the spots came back they did too.‎

Norms Carpet Cleaning did a great job at our home this week. When I started to look for a carpet cleaner I was worried about having a stranger in my home with my 2 young children. From the first time I spoke with the office staff to the time the technicians finished the job, I knew I was dealing with a professional company. Between the kids and the dog, my carpet was in bad shape. The crew that came to my home showed up on time, gave me a firm price and did a great job. The carpets look great and feel nice and soft. Handsome, clean cut guys that respected my time and my home. What a pleasant experience!
