“Norms returned my initial call within a few hours. I requested a quote due to the large area to be cleaned. Danny and Eric showed up on time to provide an estimate which was a lot less than other estimates I received. Danny and Eric showed up on time to clean carpets in my entire house. They were professional and polite and took great care with my furniture. I had many pet stains in one room which seemed to be gone after cleaning. Danny explained that if any returned, I should call them and they would come back free of charge and retreat the spots. I called them 2 weeks later about a few returning spots and they came back to treat within a few days. I am very happy with the service and responsiveness and will definitely use Norms again.”
