So very refreshing to have two young men show up ontime and insist on removing their shoes even though they’ll be cleaning the carpets. WOW
From the first contact requesting the cleaning I knew this was going a positive experience.
They sent an email confirmation of the agreed upon date and time. With the confirmation came prep instructions. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand.
Now back to the young men, they arrived ontime and offered me details of what to expect and how long to avoid moving the furniture back.
